• On the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja – one of the most popular festivals of Bengal , a special assembly was conducted at South Calcutta Public School, PrasadPur.

• The assembly was an indirect learning for the students about the victory of good over evil.

• A medley of Songs, dance and a musical skit on Durgotsav was performed by the students as a festive mark of the victory of Goddess Durga over the demon Mahishasur

• The entire school participated in the event. Students of the the pre- primary even engaged in art and craft activities.
